Enrollment Procedures for Building Bridges Services

Please follow the guidelines below to enroll your child in one of our programs. For classrooms and social groups, children are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rather, we review the profile of each child and form groups based on similarities in age and skill-level. ABA Therapy is based on availability and scheduling contraints.

1. Download Relevant Application

2. Delivery Completed Application(s)

Once you've completed your application form, please deliver using one of the following methods:

If there are sections of the application that you are unsure of, leave them blank and we will review those in person or over the phone accordingly

3. Conduct a One-Time 30 Minute "No Charge" Intake Meeting

We will contact you once we recieve your application to schedule an initial "no-charge" intake meeting to assess your child. After we all agree that your child would benefit from our services, we will conduct a more thourough evaluation. These Full Evaluations are conducted by one of our Senior ABA Consultants and typically take between 1.5-to-2 hours and is charged our hourly rate. We prefer that parents do not stay for this evaluation since children behave differently when their parents are present and it's important to get an accurate assessment during this session.

4. Begin Services

Depending on the results of the Intake Assessment meeting, you child will begin services with us. We typically have results within one week of the Intake Meeting.
