Does Insurance cover the cost of your services?
While we're sorry we're unable to facilitate insurance payments on your behalf, we have been seeing more and more ABA service costs being covered by insurance. Please check with your company benefits personnel or individual insurance broker/provider for more specifics about your policy coverage information.
Will ABA turn my Kid into a Robot?
While it may seem, especially with Discrete Trial Therapy, that your child may be only learning rote memorization (like a "robot") and not comprehending the material being presented. This is NOT the case and it has been demonstrated through many studies that ABA is your child's best chance to make significant strides in communication and awareness while young.
Will my child enjoy ABA therapy?
Our enthusiastic therapists know how to make learning enjoyable! Armed with many stimulating toys & exciting activities to do, therapy is fun for most and they look forward to the in-home sessions. Most children also form close emotional bonds to their therapists and often become regarded as "part of the family".
Will my child ever speak?
With intensive, early intervention, the vast majority of children learn to communicate their needs and wishes. Most also develop the ability to use language to socialize with adults and peers."
Will my child make friends?
Many of our students learn to form friendships with peers. Usually first friendships are formed with children with similar language and social skills. Therefore, we are careful to group children together by both ability and age. "
Will my child always need special help?
While it's impossible to predict and everyone's child is different, about half of our students do become "mainstreamed" in the classroom typically by first grade. While some require the assistance of an Aide, many have been able to be successful without one.
