Summer Programs--Building Bridges

Get the summer started off right with one of our many summer camp programs especially catered to facilitate social skills building and behavioral challenges. Summer programs start June 15th, 2009 and last until the end of August.

Building Bridges Adventure Camp

For children working on Advanced Social, Play and Language Skills. Kids will be participating in many cooperative games & projects, learning sports fundamentals, enjoying outings/field trips, as well as developing skills to make & keep friends. Last year we went Berry Picking, played soccer, built a rocket, and gardened, to name a few things.

  • Ages 6-8
  • Meets Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • From 1:00PM to 4:00PM

Preschool Classes

We will be offering an integrated pre-school program this summer where nero-typical, ASD and ADD children can learn together.

  • Ages 3 year olds
  • 1:4 Teacher to Student Ratio
  • Meets Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • From 9:00AM to 11:30AM

Elementary Classes

Focus will be on developing the ability to learn in a group setting, general self-help skills, and individualized instruction in language, academic, and cognitive skills. Highly Individualized attention will the focus of this program.

  • Ages 5-7
  • 1:2 Teacher to Student Ratio
  • Meets Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • From 11:30AM to 3:30PM
