Lauren joined the Building Bridges team at the end of 2017. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has consulted in Washington and Oregon. She has had the privilege of working with children and adults of a variety of ages and abilities for over ten years. Lauren earned a master’s in education with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis from the University of Washington and holds an undergraduate degree in special education from the University of Northern Colorado. She has professional experience in leading group instruction and social skills instruction as well as implementing functional analysis procedures. Her clinical focus is child-centered and family centered intervention, early childhood intervention, and using positive behavior supports throughout her practice. She has experience consulting in clinics, homes, and in the community. She continues to pursue her interest in teaching, mentoring, collaborating, and investing in lives of those around her both at work and in her personal life.
